In collaboration with its PrespaNet partners the Macedonian Ecological Society (MES), and the Society for Protection of Prespa (SPP), PPNEA will organise a transboundary summer school entitled “Monitoring and management for conservation in Prespa”, which will be held on 11th – 16th September 2022.

The summer school will include theoretical sessions and practical activities, which will take place in the outstanding Prespa National Park, Albania. Participants will experience the beauty and uniqueness of Prespa landscapes and biodiversity, while learning about concepts and methods of research and monitoring of wetlands and birds that are applied by the PrespaNet partners in their everyday work.

PrespaNet is a network of three environmental organisations established in 2013, with members PPNEA from Albania, with a main office in Tirana and local office in Dolna Gorica/Gorice e Vogel, MES, with main office in Skopje and local office in Resen, and the SPP, locally based in Prespa.
